What makes our clinic unique?

Although people experience physical or mental changes as they age, some commonly occurring symptoms are not a part of healthy aging. Through a holistic approach and understanding of how multiple systems interact, therapists who specialize in geriatrics are effective at addressing these signs and can impact the body and mind’s ability to reverse or slow disease processes.

Meet Our Team

Byrony Treser, PT, DPT

She / Hers

As a physical therapist, I have a passion for helping people move freely, regain function, and find strategies that allow them to engage fully in their environment. I was born and raised in Seattle and am currently renovating my childhood home. I’m cultivating my green thumb and recently started to branch out from succulents to ferns and other indoor plants. I relish time in nature and can often be found in the mountains, waters, or woods—sometimes all three in one day. Other interests include travel, puzzles of all kinds, reading, and spending time with family and friends to explore the local theater scenes.

Briita Nelson, PT, DPT

She / Hers

I’m Briita! A physical therapist (PT) who is passionate about fall prevention, injury prevention, working alongside people to help reach their functional goals and decreasing pain specifically with the older adults. I have been practicing PT for over 5 years and am committed to serving my community. When I am not working, you can find me exploring the PNW, going on adventures with my pups, or relaxing at home with my many hobbies. I look forward to meeting you!

Eli Hawkins, MS, CCC-SLP

I’m a speech-language pathologist with a focus in cognitive linguistics, supporting individuals experiencing changes in cognition, communication, and swallowing.

Originally from Nashville, I moved to Seattle from North Carolina in 2015 and have loved building a life here. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, working on home and yard projects, and exploring new places through travel.

Reem Bagajati, OT, MscOT

SHE/HERS
